Hey, I'm Bailey,
I’m an experienced Growth & Operations Lead helping purpose- driven teams scale with clarity, structure, and intention. With 8 years working with nonprofit, startups, and purpose-led businesses, I specialise in translating big-picture goals into operational systems, team structure, and aligned execution.

I’ve built out HR and ops infrastructure, grown teams from 15 to 35+, and designed cross-functional processes that make growth sustainable and people-first. I work best as a strategic partner to founders, bridging the gap between vision and delivery.
